The GACC Grant Policy section 8, requires the applicants accounts to be independently examined. In order to overcome this barrier, FoGA can provide a qualified, properly licenced accountant to provide the service.
The applicants planned contribution needs to meet the needs of local residents. Anyone living within a three mile radius can be a councillor, and FoGA assumes (but will check) that is the radius for application.
